(Thanks to our team member araT for this information!) Because of the American Super Bowl football game this Sunday, FarmVille will be having an event.
There will most likely be a new building, a Tailgate building. This is going to act like a flower shed, but instead of flowers, it will hold….
Nachos! The Nachos Crop will cost 25 coins to plant, plant for 1 XP, grow in 8 hours, and will yield 60 coins. Once they go to your Tailgate, the equivalent of a perfect bunch for nachos will be a Nachos Plate!
There will be three levels of rewards from the Tailgate, one of which will probably be a Football Trophy.
There will also probably be three new Limited Time ribbons (see an image of them here – thanks Yanny for this image!):
Ultimate Tailgate Party: “Limited Time! Get 2 Plates of Nachos from friends to earn the yellow ribbon.”
Yellow Ribbon: Get 2 Plates of Nachos, reward: 500 coins, 25 XP
White Ribbon: Get 6 Plates of Nachos, reward: 1500 coins, 50 XP
Red Ribbon: Get 15 Plates of Nachos, reward: 2500 coins, 100 XP
Blue Ribbon: Get 30 Plates of Nachos, reward: 5000 coins, 250 XP
Competitive Eater: “Limited Time! Eat 10 Plates of Nachos to earn the yellow ribbon.”
Yellow Ribbon: Eat 10 Plates of Nachos, reward: 500 coins, 25 XP
White Ribbon: Eat 25 Plates of Nachos, reward: 1500 coins, 50 XP
Red Ribbon: Eat 50 Plates of Nachos, reward: 2500 coins, 100 XP

We are also fairly certain there will be a new item called “Unwither,” which a limited amount of players have access to right now. This “formula” will allow you to restore withered crops to their healthy and fully grown state. A pack of 3 Unwithers will cost 30 Farm Cash.

I don’t follow either team, but I’ll be hoping the Saints win on the weekend, ‘cos the Colts have won it recently, and the Saints fans have done it tough for a LOOOONG time. Plus, Peyton Manning annoys me – not sure why – he just does.

though i don’t give a crap about the super bowl, i will participate in this event for fun…just to get the xp and the buildings and decos and coins and stuff, but I hope that the Olympics (since I am canadian and it’s being held in my country and all…lol) get some kind of event equally worthwhile and fun.
It’s Friday morning…and my farmer is hungry for some Nachos…..!!!!!
If they don’t do anything for the Olympics I will be sorely disappointed! I’d love to see a limited edition animal like a sea bear!

Well fv fanatic is always reliable..what happened its superbowk suday..I sahred this page with new friends ..feel like fool no event?? and i have 10 cows in my giftbox.hmmm. Can fv fanatic maybe get update from sources if ths is going to happen soon or not
